Diana Hoffman, J.D., B.A., Nevada Office
Ms. Hoffman has significant business, law, and education experience. For the years 2010-2017 she combined her consulting business in putting together a plan for connecting the Truckee Meadows Community College with the business community for training, internships, and recruiting, along with her position as COO and President of an early stage company that produced and sold protein based beverages as well as teaching at the University of Nevada, Reno, in the business school. During her tenure at the beverage company, Ms. Hoffman was selected to participate in Governor Sandoval’s Trade Mission to Israel.
She has led a number of companies at various stages as well as working with the US Government on trade missions and coordinating with the Commerce Department a Western Hemisphere Forum to forge economic partnerships. Ms. Hoffman’s initial career (20 years) was in law, founding a firm in Silicon Valley, which specialized in early and middle stage companies (both transaction and litigation). She led several stage two companies into commercialization and obtained financing for a number of startup and early stage companies, taking them from concept through R&D into commercialization. She was also an adjunct Professor at the University of California, Davis, Graduate School of Management, teaching New Product Development and has lectured at colleges around the country on entrepreneurship.
Rotary: a member since 2011; served as chair for Vocational Services Committee (2015-present),Rotary Got Talent (2012, 2013), as well as various other Nevada institutions where she has strong networks.
Ms. Hoffman will now be bring her years of experience in hiring, training and mentoring candidates to the benefit of our clients.
